Nice and friendly staff. Having working for the Post Office it's not easy having to deal with customers. Customers do not realize that the staff has procedures that they must follow and that they can have a postal inspector at their post office at any given time and they will not know who they are. If they do something wrong, they can be fired on the spot. If they don’t answer the phone its due to they are busy with a customer, they are putting up the mail in boxes, scanning mail in, scanning the delivery person in or out. There is so much they must do now that the post office has gone to scanning everything. It time so much of their time. So please be patient with your Postal personal, it may not be there fault.
